Babylon language app - trade your tongue

My colleague Ashley and I are looking for a quick, simple app. Due to the current refugee crisis in Europe, a lot of people need to learn a new language. We want to make a platform for people to match up and learn a language. A Tinder for languages (are you familiar with the app Tinder?). Based on location and an offered and requested language we want to match up people. Simplicity is key, the possible public is diverse and it needs to be an accessible app for this broad public.. We hope you can help us by developing. We have limited time, as the demand for new language learning is happening right now.
