Android based app

I need an Android Based APP to work in a Minix Media Player. We are looking for a developer & designer to create a simple android based app / software to work on Andriod Jelly Bean 4.2.2 on a Minix X5 Media Player. the requirements are below; Restrict all functions of the minix media player and only have one app and a few settings function working. setting function only needed to connect to WiFi, and enter password etc. The app or homepage to have the logo below and Launch straight away as soon as we have turned the machine on. the app to have 3 options 1) launch a website 2) launch an app 3) play video files from USB when playing files from USB we need the player to work in the below way, - Insert new blank USB - When blank USB taken out it gives you the format to upload the MP4 files. - when USB with MP4 files inserted - the software (USB Device Inser) screen pops up and says found new device gives you an option to replace the old program the same name and add new prgram. delete all old prgrams and add new program to retain the same name of the old program only addtional not the same name program. Cancel Import Program
