We have developed a small android application in android studio that is essentially a wrapper for our php website. This android app consists of a full screen web view control that is opening our website url, with address bar hidden so user can never navigate to any other url.
Once the web page is opened the first thing the visitor has to do is login. The website native login works fine, however we have recently added a website option to login via facebook.
The problem is that for some reason facebook login doesn't work when the website is accessed through the android app. The facebook login works fine when accessing the website through android chrome or other browsers from a desktop PC, so the problem is probably somehow associated with the webview control used by the android app.
What we need is a solution to this problem so that the android application serving as a wrapper to our website behaves exactly as if the user accessed the website directly from chrome so that facebook logging in works correctly.

How can this be accomplished? Should we use a control other than webview or an entirely different approach? Please explain your proposed solution when placing a bid.
