I ahve written a complete location tracking android app that record user location in background and send to server. I am also experienced in writing modules that allow user to send text (API or sms) ... please confirm these 2 points 1) by "sent as text" you mean traditional sms to supervisor ? 2) do you want to store data in database along with excel sheet ? 3) do you have back end system for login of user ready ?
