Android App, Video and Audio Chat Module

We already have an existing server to handle socket connections.
What we need is an android module to:
1. Record Video into byte stream and send to the other android client.
2. Interpret the byte data received and play realtime video chat
Please take note that, there wont be changes to server development. Unable to add modules to server. Is only development of android client to record in a format that the other android client can display/play once they receive the stream data in bytes.
