A magazine publishing to the Apple Newsstand

I have a magazine that will be pre-written that needs uploading to Apples Newsstand.
I also have the apple membership for the magazine to be published, but lack the skills to code it right, add the subscriptions and upload it to the apple newsstand.
I do not require a a magazine designed and built as this is already done. I only need it uploading to the apple newsstand.
There is opportunity for this to be on going bi monthly to the right person
