Develop a simple checklist app

2 versions - one free and one paid - possibly additional work for the iPad version of the app.
App is designed to assist people packing for a camping trip. They will create their new trip, pick a packing list, ensure the list is correct for the trip. Then as they pack items they can mark them off the check list. They will be able to see their packing progress. There are a few exams within the iTunes Store, search on camping checklist or packing check list.
The paid version will allow the users to create edit delete lists, categories, and items. The free version will have two predefined lists I will provide.
I would like an agile approach to this development so that I can review each step, make adjustments, provide approval and committee to additional spending. The first sprint will include your design, screen designs and data structure.
Free version
Able to create, edit, delete travel events.
Trips are sorted by start date, most recent at the top
Each event gets a name, location, start and end date
Each event can select/assign from 2 available list templates, these templates will be reused
Each travel event list will show a percent packed completed progress bar, this ignores not required items
Each item within the list associated with the travel event can be marked not required
Each not required item can be marked as required
Each required item can be checked as packed
Each packed item can be marked as not packed
Each category will show a summary of packed vs total required items.

Items are grouped into defined categories
All paid functionality listed below should be visible but not active, should explain that functions are available in the paid version, include ability to purchase paid version.
