App development - Clone of Punchcard - Android and iPhone.

A detailed project description will be provided at a later date. We are currently wishing to review preliminary bids for the following: - Full clone of the Punchcard application for both iPhone and Android platforms. The general idea is that the customer scans a copy of the receipt they receive. They then build points for each purchase until they have enough to get a coupon for that store, which they can redeem for a free product. The app is available to download in the app store. We are looking for a quote based on a complete clone for this site plus full backend admin area. A full detailed job spec will be provided when the winning bid is selected, although there will be no increase in workload, a final price will be agreed before the job starts.
