Add features to my app

I've an already made app developped in iphone and android and i need the following features to be add: 1. Multilanguage: Change the language of the app based on device's default language. 2. Control the background image from the server. 3. Changes for different POIs one for geolocalized and another for not geolocalized: 4. Limit the POI button to show only POIs that are geolocalized . 5. Add another button in bottom bar called INFO. The info button will show all POI inside the categories that are NOT geolocalized. 6. Place INFO button under the button MORE. 7. Check the version of database from webservice and update only when there is new version available. 8. Adeguate the graphic of detail page to the app "amalfiguideapp" 9. Insert a Button that call an rss address to show rss feed. THe address is called from the configuration As memo: - those features have to be developped for both android/ios - in ios version please add the "orderby" feature like is in android, that was not add from the old developper - please check that both version have the same features - please check that the layout of the app will be the same on tablet, without be broked or not correctly show As method of payment, we will escrow step by step with progress of the development of the app (both versions) just at the end after we got source code and all features are developped we will release all the payments. Please each release check before if all work fine, then we will check too and then we will escrow for the next step. Is very important the deadline! For this each day of delay we will subtract 25$.
