APP for iPhone - Punch Clock and Reporting - repost

Looking for developer who specializes in making custom APPS for Iphone and Android. Andoid can be done as a separate job, for now only IPHONE. When bidding send links to IPHONE APPS you developed, if samples not provided, bid will not be loocked at. APP DETAILS: PUNCH CLOCK AND REPORTING APP This App will be punch in clock application that will track employee’s time, work done and gps location. It will record time and locations in database on the backend (php and mysql) and will allow administrator pull up this information through web browser. App will also allow workers see the hours they worked (pull from database from server), punch in when they travel and take breaks and also report what was done every day. MOBILE APP FUNCTIONS: - START WORK (button clicked when work starts, gps location recorded, time starts) - FINISH WORK (button clicked when work ends, gps location recorded, time ends, comments about what was done can be entered) - TRAVEL (button clicked when traveling, gps location recorded) - CHOOSE JOB (allows selecting job name) - START BREAK (button clicked, lunch break recorded) - FINISH BREAK (same as above) - SEE MY HOURS/EMAIL (yesterday, this week, this month, custom days) - SEND REPORT (enter what was completed, attach pictures and message) - SEE CALENDAR (see live google calendar of upcoming jobs) - RECORD RECEIPT (take picture of receipt and attach to particular job) - MAKE / EDIT NOTES FOR EVERY JOB (add notes, pictures to every job for admin to see) ADMIN SECTION - see all employees LIVE on Google Map just like Icloud works if they are clocked in - add/remove/modify personal data on employees (name, address, etc) - send messages to employee’s mobile and see when they read them - update calendar of jobs for employees to see - modify hours and add comments why hours were changed - add/remove/modify jobs (addresses, comments) - see reports sent from employees - see details on all jobs done, how many hours worked on each job, how many hours every employee worked, etc. - add administrators OTHER DETAILS App will start publishing location of employee while work is going and travel is going. If GPS not available, it will keep trying every N minutes to record first available GPS location and will record after how much time GPS was available.
