APP FOR IPHONE/IPAD/BB TO FIND ANYTHING USING GOOGLE MAPS

Please read carefully what I need because I need someone who really can do this app as I require. For Users: Download this app, launch the app and write what you need: “atm” “walmart” “liquor store” “gas station” etc etc using GPS and Google Maps locate everything around you and some info about each option. Now that you are using google maps you can create the route and get there easily. For Companies: You register your company with us paying a monthly fee,that way they can locate their place in google map, and write all the words that people can use to find them, they can add their information and edit anytime so users can find them and read them. If they don’t pay the fee they won’t appear on the application. For admin: I want to have the option to create new companies profile (first we will offer this service to the companies so we will add them to the system), we can track payments, we can cancel or suspend accounts, we can add more places, stores, services manually to have this service updated all the time. I have all the information with me but this is the main idea, this will be for now only in Mexico in a few cities and depending that may expand Waiting for your comments and offers… Ps. The idea is also have a website with this service also for other mobile users not only iphone, ipad and blackberry users.
