Custom alarm clock app

I need a custom alarm clock app made, written in Javascript for Android. The alarm clock needs a smooth design interface that displays both the time and weather along with sports and news updates. It should give the user the option of using their own sounds or record their own wake up sound or voice command. It should also be able to be turned off by the user saying the command "off " twice. I want the design to kind of look like the picture I attached with the sports and news kind of in its own option pane. I also want an option in the settings where the user can select that the time and weather be audibly read to them.
