Create a Mobile Website

We want to to create a eCommerce app and website for an emerging market. The app will work as a mapping system that will connect consumer to their local street and shop vendors. We want to first sign up formal and informal businesses to register either online or through smartphone and it has to be very simple and easy i.e. business name, type of business, contact information, and products they are selling. The consumers can sign up through their facebook, google+ or gmail account. The way it should work is if you want to go buy a camera you would click on the app type the product on search engine and then it will use the mapping system for the closest camera store by you with contact info. You would then choose the closest camera store that has your certain camera and go through their information the store put up on our app and any rating that are given to the store. Once you find the right store you would click on a button reserve it and it should send a message to the store own through their app to reserve the product for 24 hours. Then the consumer can go the store owner within 24 hours to buy the product and then we will ask the consumer to rate their experience with the store owner.
