Blackberry Support

Hi We are looking for blackberry expert who can solve our blackberry problems Below the list of troubles we have, i expect someone support us online through chat We have great troubles in sync google mail with blackberry. im using imap protocol and i have constent issues mentioned under: 1. When i delete any email from blackberry it will not get deleted from google mail. I'll still able to see the message in inbox online. 2. All the sent emails are not showing in BB. When i unhide the sent message it shows only sent message from BB but not Google mail sent messages. 3. Sent item folders remain empty in blackberry. When i unhide sent message its showing in inbox but always sent item remains empty. I want to see all my sent emails in sent items folder and should be sync with google mail. Please note that for first 3, 4 days when i delete email from blackberry it was getting deleted from google mail aswell.... but all of sudden this is stopped.. Calendar sync is working perfect
