Dear Sir, I have read your Project Description and fully understand the nature of this App but I am assuming that you want an iPhone App not Web App but please correct me if I am wrong, because it will directly reflect on the total cost. I do not think it is difficult App or if there is any challenges, because we have been developing few very difficult Apps, where lot of R&D required but still we are able to successfully deliver the Apps.
