Develop an Android and iphone mobile app to compare people who look alike

The Job is to develop an app very similar to instagram (it will be a social network where each user creates their Profile and upload pictures, it will have news, home, photos, posts, comments, votes, etc), With the difference that instead of uploading any kind of picture you must upload "at least" 2 pictures of persons that look alike. "at least 2 pics" meaning the idea is that you or other people can add photos to the string started; and so up to a limit of 10 photos on the same reel; (The greatest difficulty of this app is precisely this essential feature). So then others can vote for the photo that seems to them most closest to the original and according to the accumulated ratings it will be located nearer to the original. Its an App to Compare photos of similar faces. It will be a social network but also kind of a game because it allows you to have fun finding random or famous people and compare it with friends and family. Example: How to play? (After you've created your profile) Start a chain to find the clone of the original photo Simply touch the button "Find a Clone", select your Original Foto, (select a photo from either your device Photo Library, your saved photos (Clones Library) taken from within the app, find in facebook, instagram, or anywhere in the web, or simply take a new picture by selecting Take Photo, Once you have taken or selected a photo repeat the process to select the 2nd photo and again if you have a 3rd clone or other photos of people you think look alike. When finished you can save the comparison tu upload it later or Share it instantly via the app, Twitter, Facebook or email. NOTE: the app will provide basic and simple effects in order to edit the pics People will comment, , agree or disagree with your match by votes or even upload some picture that looks alike even more. PS: We want to work fast, around 1 month, we need someone with experience programing and designing mobile app for iphone and android. PS2: Obviously we will launch the first version as simple and basic as we can, thats is why the payment wont be more than 400$ but upgrades are expected.
