Can you flash Phantom A (Tecno F7) remotely through Teamviewer?

The device is running on Android 4.1. It was rooted and the bootanimation files in the system folder was tampered with through wrong instruction and the device has since then developed strange behavior. When the device completes booting, it places a black image on the screen so that nothing is seen on the screen. The device is working properly and all functions are intact except the black image on the screen that does not allow user to see anything under it to operate the device. If you can do it, you will give me links to all the files to download and I will get them ready on the desktop before you connect. NO TRY AND ERROR PLEASE. I hired someone to change the boot animation who later gave me wrong instruction that rendered the device unusable.
