App Layers - repost

Simple project have 1. - Main Screen Activity Button "New Project" Button "Saved Projects" 2. - Activity "New Project" The user create a rectangular main layer (white background) with dimensions (height - width) to indicate in an input form (in pop-up window when loading custom background activity), this layer occupy the maximum possible from the screen while keeping the proportions, a small margin at the edges, and a lower menu visible when loading the activity but the user can hide. The bottom menu available - Button to create new rectangular secondary layers may drag and position within the main layer, the size of these layers will take the measures to indicate the user, and will keep the proportion to the main layer, secondary layers will a dark edge. These layers must show annotation of the measures, and when selected will show menu delete or rotate the layer 90º. - Save Button project to be accessible from "Saved Projects". - Submit Button (Mail, Gmail, WhatsApp, ...) as an image Layers can be Layer or white image, as decided by the programmer. 3. - Activity "Saved Projects" Display a list of saved projects, with an option to remove, send the image (email, Gmail, WhatsApp, ...) or modify.
