Hi Since you need cross-platform solution, you have 3 options, phonegap, titanium or build 3 separate native apps. What I strongly suggest is to build 3 separate native apps, because titanium and phonegap both has some problems, it doesn't support strong native functions, many restrictions are there. Why not make it as web project which scales depending on device type/size and use regular browser for display?
