We need create a half project (only source code, GUI is not necessary), how to work with qualcomm chipsets on the android phones. We need source codes how to read Layer 3 signalization and how to decode it.\r\n\r\nWe need work with L3 signalization in the phone (evaluate, compare etc)!\r\n\r\nThis will require a very good understanding of Android and qualcomm chipset/QxDM.\r\n\r\nWe know that it is not possible for all handsets, we will discussed about it individually during project realization. Your experiences and opinions are expected!
