I want a source code include comment in the program for mobile hand recognition using window, eclipse,android, opencv, java/c/c++ just only basic recognition for using hand in the mobile. But not allow to use hand gesture, fingerprint to [login to view URL] it is not pattern lock Function : unlock the mobile phone , create new user and store his hand image in database, used the created hand image to verity user to log in. Similar as face recognition, but that was using hand to recognition. For the budget , that was about $30-$250 USD or little bit more is also OK .. Thank you.
