I have deep android experience (5+ years), and am currently studying Computer Science at the University of York (with a module focusing on the ability to read and modify other people's code). As such, I believe I can complete this project quickly and cheaply. -Modifying the application title and logo will be quick. -Translating the app will simply depend on speed of translation. If you already have a translation provided, this will be near-instant. If you need a translation, I can draw up a rough one, and have one of my chinese friends (my housemate is from Hong Kong) check and perfect it. -Modifying the GUI will be similar to the above, changing images and text is as quick as it takes to have the images and text to put in. Changing the shape and overall design of the GUI will also be simple- I will need your instruction on how you actually want it to look though. I am happy to provide complex commenting of the code so that you fully understand what is happening and can easily change it. -The easiest payment technique is android in-app purchases and subscriptions. If you do not intend to roll the app out onto google play, however, we will need to discuss another payment method.
