I need you to write an android application which will be available only for employees within the company. The Mobile application is to have GPS-based tracking and attendance system. The work would involve one-time feeding of GPS co-ordinates into our database. After that,I want attendance to be automatically marked once the handset is within some distance of those co-ordinates. Also,I would need a photo upload feature from the app into the backend through which a user can upload 15 photos from 15 different locations into it. Finally, I would need someone to make the backend for such a system where I can process the data received from different mobile handsets accordingly. I would need someone who is avaialbe to work on a recurring basis.

Hi, Admin: - manage locations (add/edit/delete) - Manage staff (add/edit/delete) with username / password User: - Login using username/pwd - Upload photo. You will need a web site where the admin site can be run and where the MySql db will be hosted. Also, the staff android mobile will require internet access all the time (when they get near the locations) There are some clarification required regarding to photos. Are those location based (a photo per location? Or just photos uploaded by users) .. thanks
