We're looking for help to develop a 'basic' photo app for android to start. The app should allow for users to send photos to our server via the app then we will download and print on our end. The initial features should include: - Users are able to take new photos or use existing photos - Photos will be displayed in postcard format - 1, 2 or 4 photos will be allowed per upload/postcard - Front or rear camera should be usable - After users download app a registration process will be required - MySQL database required We're looking for something 'simple and solid' to start. Budget to be considered based on firm understanding of what's needed. Please only respond if you have experience.
