Access data base to enter bills and compare to past bills

Hi, is this for personal use? I think a web-based approach would suit your needs better - i.e. have an access database on a webserver and do all the work (add records, view reports etc) online from your web browser. This will provide you with huge benefits (no local installations, access from office/home/anywere etc).

I have 15 years exp building custom databases. I can build the database you want to. I can build one that you can add dropdown list of categories and run reports off that list. if you have auto repair you can select to run only the auto repair report. If you only want a specific bill like water, you select water company. if you want all utilities select Utilities in the dropdown. You can add a date range. I know I can build what you need. I propose a neat windows solution with MS Access Database. You will be able to create as many parameters for a particular bill as you like. Like a settings thing.
