Hello,
I need engineering support for an automotive ecu (gasoline engine management). This system, used the Infineon microcontroller 80C517, the company has gone into bankruptcy and has been shut down. It used an MS DOS serial interface for engine calibration (maps and tables), I have the interface software. I am interested in a complete printed circuit board (pcb), code extraction from the 80C517 and an updated serial interface.
It is the 80C517 N18-T3 version, I have attached a picture. The board (approximately size of one hand) is still in a metal housing, with wiring to a serial port and to a 55 pin AMP automotive connector.
Regards
John
