add Alert to an indicator(mq4 - Metatrader4)

Hello respected sir, I can do this project for you. Task is very simple. I have more than 250 completed jobs for mql4. Give me indicator to check. With or without source. If you have source, then alerts will be inside indicator, if you haven't, then I will code new one, which will check arrows from your's and create alert when arrow will be shown.
