Code Simple MT4 Indicator FOREX

I need a very simple forex indicator coded for my MT4 charting software ASAP. On the 5 minute chart you will look at every candle. Shown in example if we want to see if there is a potential trade in the next hour here is what we do. If the 10:15 bar just ended then we must check the 10:15 bar, 9:15 bar, 8:15 bar, and 7:15 bar and if all 4 of those were DOWN bars then the indicator will plot a green vertical line at 11:15. If those bars were all UP then it will plot a DOWN line at 11:15. Very simple, and it must check on this after EVERY bar close. It must be able to go back through history as well as plot the future. It should initiate the lines immediately after the last bar closed basically showing if there are any potential opportunities in 1 hour like shown in the screenshot. I NEED THIS IMMEDIATELY TO TEST IT WITH ANOTHER INDICATOR, PLEASE CONTACT ME ASAP.
