Build a custom MT4 Indicator for me.

I am looking for someone to build/code a custom MT4 entry indicator for me to be used for manual trades. I will provide detailed parameters, triggers and indicators.

This Indicator will utilize:

MACD

Parabolic SAR

RSI

ADX

EMA (2 of them)

(settings will be provided)

This indicator will output:

A colored icon (up arrow/down arrow)

Trigger a sound (.wav file)

(conditions will be provided)

Requirements:

Can work on any timeframe & pair

I expect to have 6 triggers, 2 to indicate possible upcoming trade, 2 for a soft buy/sell and 2 for a strong buy/sell.
