You can see on fotos, that the clearancemaker (red) is mounted with 2 screws, 2 washer and 2 nuts on the door frame. I need good ideas/concepts for a mounting system of the clearancemaker between door frame and door leaf. The clearancemaker should be mounted on the door frame with simple tools like a screwdriver. The mountig system has to be variable for different slots in the door frame and solid, if you band a door. The parts you need for the clearancemaker should be standard parts. I dont want create special parts and invest in manufacturing tools. The clearancemaker is made (in future) out of an aluminium alloy. The concepts and ideas can be drawn by a pen and paper.
