We are US based IT global IT staffing company and need Business Development manager (Sales) for below responsibilities. • Developing new business and client acquisition to provide IT staffing services as per the client’s requirements. • Implementation partner and vendor contract signing for services, converting to preferred vendor relationship of the IT staffing companies. • Prospecting on new clients, generating leads and managing client relationship. • Done lead generation from Job Boards, LinkedIn, Google searches, direct cold calling, company database, and referrals. • Making cold calls to explore new business opportunities with clients and identify staffing opportunities to fulfil. Regular interaction with Client and Recruitment team. Taken care of complete Business Development and recruitment cycle - from sourcing to placing the candidates. • Negotiation of Rates and Contracts with Revenue Generation, Developing key partnerships with hiring managers, candidates, implementation partners and Tier 1 Vendors, worked on requirements
