Assist me with Bulk Marketing Email Campaign

I am looking for someone to do a turnkey niche email campaign. You MUST have a niche database of prospects in the USA, interested in stock trading and stock investment. I will just provide you with the target website link and marketing copy. You will arrange the prospects, emailing system and email them. You will need to give me a delivery report covering the actions - delivered, opened, link clicked. Please respond with the prospect quantity and expected CTR.
