hi am new to this website my thesis is : in-depth investigation into the Emotional Experiences of Customers .. I had finished a screening then in-depth interview and have those interviews transcribed already .. but I need a whole thesis about 70 pages starting from introduction, literature review, discussion then results and report .. my deadline is beginning of July so you have two months to work ...I have no clue how much this can cost if you are interested in my subject can you reply with estimation of the cost and if you can mention any means of contact email/skype/phone number I would be grateful I have personal problems that make me unable to focus on thesis right now .. the core of the study is a new marketing approach called customer experience if you need to have an idea you can check this link as it summarizes the experience economy [login to view URL] Emotions and functional characteristics of an offer play a different role in a experience context vs a service context. The experience context is defined here according to Pine, consumers buy an experience, e.g. fine dining and traveling. The previous studies manipulated the degree in which the emotional and/or functional offering were positive or negative and What they found (in a nutshell) is that emotions compensate more for lesser functional characteristics in an experience setting than in a service setting. It seems that in the service setting of primary importance in the overall satisfaction is if the "product offer" meets the expectations. so I have selected Restaurants and car repair shops as the services along the screener and the in-depth interviews as mentioned before I have a file transcribed all interviews .. and have a list of references recommended and some other helping files ... now I need to know the estimation about the deadline and cost and basically if you are ready to start with this project ..
