Academic Research Project

I'm currently working on an academic research project on shopping centre patronage and require a freelancer to collect street survey data from outisde two shopping centres in west London. I am aiming to collect data from arounf 200 respondents over 3 days. It is important that respondents are real persons and no bots are data inputters are used (they must enter email address and some of these will be verified). Should this be discovered, payment for the project will be withheld. My budget is quite low given that it's a small academic project. Please propose me the followings when bidding: - Proof you can provide numbers of respondents - Time Frame - Proof that you have obtained relevant licences from local councils etc - Proof that you have undertaken this type of project in the past (references). Payment will be split in 2 milestones: - 50% upon reaching 200 respondents with the requirements above - 50% within 2 weeks of reaching the target, when survey origin and segmentation is verified.
