Call center needed to generate sales

I need to put 10 callers to work selling my products in the US. Most notably, my 5000 business card package for $200. I have the script and rebuttals already prepared, as well as value added freebies to make the sale easier. Payment for each sale is $50. Should you fail to get the sale, you will attempt to get the prospect's email address so you can send them more information. Emails will be embedded with a tracking link so if the customer purchases anything as a result of your emailing them, we will know the sale came from you and you will be paid 20% of all sales generated. I'd like to find 1 team who can do it, but will select multiple providers if necessary. When bidding, let me know how many callers you can put on the campaign to start, how many hours a day per caller you will put in, and how soon you can start. Lists will be provided. Please only bid if you will work on a pay per sale platform. Bids other than pay per sale will not be entertained.
