Hi, I would like to know more regarding if there are any other special requirement for the charger. We have build many different types of charger previously, and bellow is a typical different stages in the design. 1. Know the requirement and work out design spec. It is a very straight forward process. We will need to know more in detail about the project and scope. 2. Schematic design. For this process we will design the charger according to your request. Of course if there any specific components you would like to use we will find out during this stage. 3. Layout. We will draw the layout for the design and up on completion, we can provide gerber files. The cost will be quoted after we understand more regarding the project.
