Design an iconic brand character

Increased contest prize to get high quality results for my brand character. I want the character to be as good as the malgudi days old man or the amul girl cartoon. Also added another reference(Tamil Comedian character- Please research more on Tamil comedian Vadivelu as the product character needs to have the comic effect of this comedian for the target consumer connect) rowdy character. Winner may get regular monthly opportunity to create cartoons on a regular basis. Also for the creatively endowed, you may be creating a regionally iconic character. 1. Create brand character as part of the contest. 2. Contest winner should complete the packaging design with brand character for the bottle shrink wrap. Complete the character for the brand from the image attached. The image needs to be iconic as in the malgudi days character (also attached ). The brand character needs to be unique and remind the brand by itself. The character is named Kabaali - a Tamil Rowdy wearing a lungi with an attitude and a smile. You can build on from the image attached or create your own character. Once the character is created , We need to complete the packaging design for the bottle with the character, product name, tag line, a comic meme, ingredients details and other details. I have not chosen guaranteed as I do not want to pick mediocre designs. Looking forward to sincere work to create a brand icon. I had posted this as a contest earlier.
