DlifeOnline Corporate Logo for Web and Print !

We are looking for a **OUTSTANDING** graphics designer who is AMAZING in creating corporate logos for both WEB and PRINT. We are a startup e-biz reselling products. Our mission is: **"Enriching your life by providing valuable products and services!"

**Our target market are young couples (20s to 30s) with pre-children to children up to the ages of 6 years old. We will be selling products such as toys, baby clothes, strollers, baby accesories, educational toys as well as cross products for parents such as clothes, wardobe accessories, possible electronic devices like PDAs.

We are using a shopping cart called SUNSHOP from Turnkey Solutions. The logo will be first be utilized with generic solution but should be flexible when the GUI changes. URL is <[url removed, login to view]> - PLEASE VIEW IT!

_Guidlines for the logo:

_1. It will express **HAPPINESS, SECURITY, RICHNESS,** **and PROSPERITY** - like healthy young families.

3. It must look MODERN, CLEAN, FRESH, and EYE-CATCHING DYNAMIC because of the young target market.

4. Professional looking and distinct and personable - families can recognize and feel that the company is large but tailored for their needs.

5. Use the words "D Life Online" somewhere on the logo. Play with the words to create a playful solution.

6. POSSIBLE IMAGE - something with circle/s ? . They seem to have a express the completeness of life.

## Deliverables

1) Final logo design must be in the following formats: .GIF, .JPG., .BMP, and .PSD for future edits should there be a change in colors themes or even a rework of the logo.

2) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
