SuperFandango is a Belgium based software development and IT consultancy company. We specialize in building software development tools, which are used by other developers in their work. Our products are aimed at improving productivity, quality and user experience.
SuperFandango is a young company which employs progressive, creative and open-minded people.

Creative brief:
SuperFandango is looking for a new logo in line with the general concepts of the company’s branding so far.
Current branding is based on the pop-art style and employs bright, fluorescent colours, thickened shape outlines, oversized graphical elements and artificial colour halftones. The branding is loosely influenced by the works of pop-art artists Roy Lichtenstein, Andy Warhol and James Rosenquist and by comic books imagery and Japanese manga/anime. The imagery of the Gorillaz videos is a particular example.
The colour palette in use includes dark violet (R:90, G:8, B:57), orange (R:255, G:153, B:0) and two shades of light blue (R:205, G:236, B:250) and (R:6, G:163, B:234). In addition to those colour and their variations, black and white are used too.
Version A: The future logo has to incorporate the name of the company, spelled “SuperFandango?? without the double quotes. It should feature a comic strip, super-hero cartoon character of a boxer dog with a human-like body. The bulldog character should be dressed in a super-hero outfit, reminiscent of the Superman and the likes, with the letters SF printed on the chest. The boxer dog character should be positioned standing immediately on the left of the company name and should be casually leaning on the first letter of the name.
Version B: Same as Version A but with a speech bubble coming from the bulldog character’s mouth with the word “SOFTWARE!?? without the quotes written in it.
The logo should be in vector format (Illustrator, Photoshop shapes, CorelDraw, etc.) and separated on layers.
