Guidelines for the design are unique design (no templates) CREATIVE and modern design with environmental feel
Text and icon - the icon has to stand out
Colour combinations: beautiful, bold & creative
Price will be a factor also (new and small business)
Formats:

The designs need to look professional and very slick. We need 6 initial design ideas done and then as many revisions to the logo as necessary to get the right design. The logo needs to be fresh and no clipart etc to be used. Needs to be original and will work well on business cards, website and sales/marketing material. Also we retain the copyrights to the final design.
