Branding & Logo work for an HTPC application

I require branding artwork for a software application and associated web site. The application has a similar look to windows media center and is a bit like htpc software. Here is the application: [[login to view URL]][1] I need 2 high quality logos with a squarish/ reasonable proportional aspect to summarise the identification, much like MCE (windows Media Center) has a few logos. A square banner for a web site would also be needed, based on the above: Something like used here: [[login to view URL]][4] I need two variations of this for different pages of a site. I would need scaling similar to the example above, plus a version with half the height. I also require another two versions of this which are semi transparent or light which I can place text or other graphics over. I also need two watermark images based on this artwork that can be used as a white background. The branding produced for this project, should be original or with no copyright concerns. Should be very High res in Fireworks and Illustrator (if appropriate) format, so I can scale down, and it should deffinitly not be flattened, so I can possibly make variations. You should also consider the type and current look of the application, so it fits. Bids with good examples of previous work will be considered first. Thank you. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
