CentOS script that runs Java application as service/daemon

I have a service-type application written in Java. I am having issues keeping the application running; something, perhaps JVM or the OS itself, is always killing the process after some amount of time. (this is not coming from a bug/exception within the the application) I read that its best to run such applications as services or daemons. I have come across some scripts but I don't have the expertise or time to get them working. Some of the scripts I am looking at: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Anyway, I need someone to write a script that: 1. has the ability to launch my java application as a daemon/service 2. keeps the application alive at all times (i.e respawns if needed) 3. has ability to stop/restart daemon/service 4. has some documentation
