Approaching potential link sellers

I need to buy quality inbound links to my site. Your job will be to contact website owners who are willing to sell links (you will be given precise criteria on who to contact and what kind of links I am looking for). Once you have made contact and agreed on the basic details, you will forward the email to me and I will make the payment. You will be using an email address that I will give you. The job is pretty simple and only requires knowing how to separate the good from the bad (I will tell what are the requirements). Important! - payment and bidding details: - You will receive a large list of websites to contact. - The process of evaluating a site and sending an email should not take more than one minute (evaluating means looking at a site's PR and general content). - Please bid the minimum but state in a PM or comment what is your bid per 100 emails sent. - I will escrow the payment through GAF once the details are settled. - If you have access to a program like ARELIS, let me know and we can figure out different payment details. Since this my first time trying this trough GAF, we will start with relatively small amount but in case that I am satisfied with your performance you can expect MANY MORE from me.
