Amazon CloudFront/S3 Bucket Streaming Help

I need an ACL configured or something similar where the streaming requests can only be allowed/originate from my Joomla website and specific ip addresses. The permissions of the content within the S3 bucket needs to be only "me" and not "everyone", however, by adding content to the S3 bucket in the future it should not affect the ACL in anyway. Currently, I am using RTMP as my streaming method from the Amazon CloudFront.

I am open to your ideas on how to get this accomplished. You must have experience with Amazon CloudFront CDNs.
