Description: I require a CMS application on Ruby on Rails. You will not be 'creating a cms system' - this project revolves around creating the 'skinning' portion of the CMS. Heavy use of CSS (especially techniques as applied by sites like [login to view URL]) and UI [D]HTML design. The application will allow, without html/css knowledge, the user to make site wide look and feel changes using the following variables (just as an example). Images -Header -Background Layout -Centered -Liquid Colors -Text -Background --Links ---color ---Hover ---visited The ideal candidate will have expert level CSS capabilities (verifiable), a strong willingness/desire to learn Rails, is productive, proactive and easy to get along with.
