For point 4, I'll use EJS templating system this time, which is plain HTML with plain Javascript interleaved via "<% ... %>" tags. What's inside them you should not touch. The rest will be just HTML. You put a bid range starting at $25, so I couldn't bid for $20, FL won't let me. What I did is adapt the working hours to coincide with my original estimation, so the price remains almost the same (also FL won't let me put fractional hours, so price got to $175). I think it's fair considering I'm taking a chance with PM2 implementation and that I did some extra work on our previous iteration, I hope you recall. Regarding the Chrome script, I believe I told you before I don't know about it, but I'll be glad to investigate it and provide you with a quote so we create a second milestone once we finish with these four tasks. SSL is straight forward for node.js apps, it isn't mentioned but you are probably using nginx which is where they would be installed. PM2 is very simple with strong results, I have a client using it right now with no modifications needed for 4+ months.
