Custom Jquery content slider

I am working on a new website project and am in need of a custom content slider made with Jquery, html and css. I have attached a jpeg of the design. As you can see, there are four boxes at the bottom of the content slider, which will act as buttons to switch the content. On the top right is a timer which will need to be animated and work in the same way as the timer in this example... [login to view URL] Just before the content changes, I would like the buttons at the bottom to fade out, and then fade back in just after the new content has come in. The animation for the transition can be just a simple fade in. The content slider needs to be built using jquery and valid html/css. This should be a simple task for the right person, so try to keep your bids as low as possible. If you can provide an example of what I want and it works perfectly, I will accept your bid straight away. I have some more Jquery work that needs doing after this, so the project winner will be sure to get another project.
