Converting 2 psd files into a shopify theme

I need someone that has experience making shopify themes. I want the pages to be as fast as possible to download. This means I need someone with lots of css experience and experience working with fonts within css. I have two pages in psd form. I want them broken up into optimized images and integrated into my shopify account. I will also require a little bit of javascript work on the front page (very simple stuff). Here is the first page: [login to view URL] I would like a tileable background image made so that the foreground do not just end over a white background. I would like the text to be actuall css text with the correct font (if possible). On the bottom I would like the checkboxes to work, and depending on what poster the user selects it will take them to a different page when they click on the next button. There will also be 4 bottons added to the header that should be visible on every page. [login to view URL] This is the "learn more" page. I would like this gallery viewer installed at the bottom of the page where the thumbnails are: [login to view URL] The very bottom of this page will be the same javascript checboxes and "next" link that is on the front page. All of the text should be css text with the correct font. The graphics should all be optimized for the fasted downloads and reused as much as possible. The fonts and colors in the shopify theme should make the rest of the pages on the site look very similar. Thank you very much!
