Build a website for software engineering company

I need a visually appealing website to showcase our company. With the following characteristics ** The company focuses on software development -- turn-key solutions and services, as well consulting. ** The site needs to be professional, but visually appealing. The audience is government and general industry. ** The website doesn't need a back-end server side - HTML/JQuery only. ** The website needs no interactive components - no user input forms or login pages or anything like that. ** The website will pretty much just need the standard 5 to 6 pages with navigation (home, about us, employment opportunites, solutions, partners, etc) ** Mobile compatibility is a big plus(scaleable look and feel, or a separate mobile version) ** The company focuses on software development for federal, state and local governments, as well as educational institutions. ** we will come up with the copy text after the site is complete. Standard "lorem ipsum" fillers for design are fine, but need to be scalable to account for varying text size. ** we have a basic logo, but a logo improvement would be a big plus I will provide additional details, the current site name/url, sample sites that I would like to emulate, and other key points that I would like to hit upon to the winning bid or for any other parties that inquire, but that sums up the scope of what I'm looking for.
