Action game

I need a skillful of a programmer to write a game program for me to start with. And if i find the programmer write to my liking, i will have more and more ideas and project keep going. I am just testing the water to see how this can lead to. I need a simple game similar to GunZombie, but do not want the Zombie character, rather if you can find a cute animal or doll or bear. something like the character close to Angry Bird. That should be fine. I need to be a very clear and simple to the point games, that when people load the game, they already know how to play. Hope you are the one i am finding all these times.
